I'm a dad to two boys. They're my stepsons. I also have a daughter but she's grown and off at college so my dad-isms are being recycled on these two little maniacs.  We usually make silly faces at the camera. Click the photo above to see posts about me and these guys.

life in general

You could say I've pedaled my way up to the top of the hill and am well on my way down the other side.  I've learned some things along the way about cycling, kids and life in general that are worth noting.  They are: keep things tuned up, maintained and ready for the long ride... .  Admitting you're lost and looking for help in the right direction saves tons of time. The road can get rough and bumpy, butt cream helps... beer sometimes helps more.
